- Ron PothulFounder, Chairman
Ron co-founded Dock-N-Lock LLC after retiring from Verizon. A signature accomplishment while serving as a Director of Safety, was achieving a 30% accident reduction implementing various safety programs including mandatory seat-belt use for drivers throughout the state of Massachusetts. This program became the hallmark for safety initiatives deployed nationally.
He also has a personal motivation to bring this technology to market. In 2009, Ron experienced first hand the impact mobile phones have on driver safety. His teenage daughter was involved in an automobile accident caused by texting while driving. She was lucky and able to walk away. Tragically, a growing number of lives are lost each year, many preventable, if not for mobile phone distractions.
Ron is a veteran of the United States Navy.
